The platform stores only the operational data needed to sell, deliver and improve coaching courses.

Course funnel data

Diagnostics, leads, booking requests, waitlists and referral events are stored per course with consent fields and source tracking.

Learning data

Lesson progress, quiz attempts, assignments, certificates and AI tutor usage are stored to support the learning experience.

Notifications

Email events are queued through an auditable event table so delivery attempts can be retried and inspected by admins.
